Queenscliff Coastal Renovation & Extension
Winnie’s House
Completed in October 2023, this transformative renovation and extension project revitalised a unique 1970s three-storey architectural home in Queenscliff. The brief was to create a low-maintenance, high-performance coastal retreat—a five-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house designed to withstand the harsh coastal climate while making the most of its breathtaking views across the Heads of Port Phillip Bay.
Working within the constraints of an ageing structure, we applied innovative construction techniques and materials to enhance durability, structural integrity, and energy efficiency. This project challenged and strengthened our problem-solving expertise, especially in retrofitting modern systems into an older, deteriorating building.
