This custom-designed 7-star energy-rated home in Moriac is one of our standout sustainable builds. Finished in September 2021 and featuring stunning rammed earth walls, burnished concrete floors, and UPVC double-glazed windows and doors, the home blends warmth, durability, and modern efficiency. Natural timber accents add texture and charm throughout, creating a calm, welcoming feel.
Designed with passive solar principles, this all-electric home stays naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, minimising energy use while maximising comfort. Built for a growing family, this project reflects everything we value: thoughtful design, sustainable materials, and high-performance construction.
