Bruno’s House
Completed in September 2020, this comprehensive renovation brought new life to a classic weatherboard beach house that had experienced multiple past extensions over the years. Our goal was to create a cohesive, modern family home while enhancing its connection to the coastal surroundings.
A major highlight was the relocation of the kitchen, reoriented to take full advantage of ocean views and improve the home’s indoor-outdoor flow. A 250sqm Blackbutt wharf-style deck now anchors the outdoor living space, seamlessly extending the living area and creating a perfect zone for entertaining.
We also installed three new bathrooms, upgraded all essential services from the street, and fitted custom timber double-glazed windows and doors throughout, significantly improving energy efficiency and comfort.
